GLMA President-Elect wins Fulbright Honor

Cawood Cornelius, Library Media Specialist at Gordon Central High School, has been selected as a participant in the Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program to Japan for November of 2004. This is quite an honor since two teachers are selected from each state and the application process was quite rigorous. The mission of the FMF Teacher Program is to honor the memory of the late Senator J. William Fulbright by expressing the continuing commitment to friendship and understanding as well as Japan's appreciation for the benefits that it has received from the Fulbright Progam. Congratulations, Cawood!
