Report from the Oconee District:
Greetings from the Oconee District! For those of you unfamiliar with the district, the Oconee District covers Jasper, Putnam, Hancock, Baldwin, Washington, Wilkinson, and Johnson Counties. My name is Windee Little, media specialist from Putnam County High School, and I have volunteered to undertake the role of district chair for Oconee. During the Winter Retreat, new chairpersons were given information to enhance the efforts of keeping membership informed and trained on relevant issues in our field. I came away from the retreat inspired and energized to plan programming that will be mutually beneficial to both current and new GLMA members in the Oconee District.
