AASL offers over $54,000 in Awards, Grants, and Scholarships

The American Association of School Librarians (AASL) is accepting applications for the 2005 National School Library Media Program of the Year (NSLMPY) Award. The application deadline is January 3, 2005. The NSLMPY Award, sponsored by Follett Library Resources since 1995, offers up to $10,000 in cash in three categories: Single School, Large School District, and Small School District. AASL is also offering awards, grants and scholarships in 2005. The deadline to apply is February 1, 2005, unless otherwise stated on the application form.
