COVID 19 Restrictions:
As of now, we anticipate that participants will be required to wear masks, have a daily temperature check, and adhere to social distancing guidelines set by the Hyatt Regency.
Social distancing measures will be in the breakout rooms and the opening session ballrooms.
In order to accommodate spacing, attendees will be assigned to groups that follow slightly different schedules. (For example, Groups A, B, C, & D go to breakout sessions while group E & F visit the vendor exhibits.) This will allow attendees to fit in the reserved rooms as well as space out the number of people visiting the exhibitors.
GLMA will monitor the CDC and Hyatt Regency recommendations and will update the attendees if changes occur.
